Artist's Statement:
An epistolary novella in verse by Arthur Hugh Clough, this is the first fine press edition of Clough’s mid-Victorian masterpiece, slowly becoming recognized as one of the treasures of 19th century English poetry. Winner of a Judge’s Award at the 2007 Oxford Fine Press Book Fair.
