Learn how to craft your own hand-bound hardcover journal using discarded books. This workshop will introduce you to the tools of the trade, materials, and techniques to deconstruct an old novel and transform it into a new journal. You'll be using the Coptic stitch to bind your journal, and importance will be placed on incorporating parts the original book.

Great for those with beginner bookbinding experience, or those looking to brush up on their Coptic binding skills.

If you require glasses to see fine details, please remember to bring them to class.
